Matthew Fischer | Chief Executive Officer; Advisory Board Member

Matt Fischer has over 20 years of experience in fundamental investment research, investing and consulting and advisory services.  Most recently Matt was Managing Director and Head of the New York office for DV Trading, a Chicago-based investment firm.  At DV Trading Matt sourced and evaluated a broad range of investment strategies while managing the day-to-day operations of the New York Office and vendor relationships.  Prior to his role at DV Trading, Matt was a Vice President at BlackRock with his team overseeing $20 Billion in AUM.  Additionally, Matt has worked for other large financial institutions in the fundamental research and corporate reengineering departments, including Credit Agricole, Deutsche Bank, Prudential and Merrill Lynch.  Matt earned an M.B.A. from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College with a concentration in applied investments, finance and entrepreneurship; and a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Dr. Eric Sacks | Founder and President; Advisory Board Member

Dr. Eric Sacks is a Board Certified Orthodontist and is the owner of Sacks Orthodontics, a private practice in Livingston, NJ that Eric founded in 2009.  Having practiced orthodontics for over 13 years, Eric is consistently named one of New Jersey’s and the nation’s top orthodontists by various trade publications.  He is also a Diamond Plus Invisalign provider, a certification awarded to the top 1% of providers in the country.  Eric previously served as Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthodontics at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine.  Eric received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University, and he earned his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry at Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine, with honors (OKU).  At dental school, Eric was elected president of his class and president of the Student Government Association, and he won numerous academic and student leadership awards.  After dental school, Eric attended Montefiore Medical Center’s Graduate Orthodontic Program where he attained his Post Doctoral Certificate in Orthodontics and served as the hospital’s chief orthodontic resident.

Jonathan Sacks | Chairman; Advisory Board

Jonathan Sacks is a partner at Stonehill Capital Management, an investment firm based in New York with over $2 billion under management and a focus on high yield and distressed credit.  Over his 17 years at Stonehill, Jonathan has invested in the debt and equity of dozens of companies in industries including health care, media, building products, retail, consumer products, and manufacturing.  In certain investments, Jonathan has taken an active role as a shareholder, creditor, or committee member.  Jonathan holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and was formerly a member of the bar in the State of New York.  Earlier in his career, Jonathan spent several years in the fixed income department at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York and Tokyo.  Jonathan holds a B.A. from Yale University, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, cum laude.

Samantha Kanter | VP of Licensing; Advisory Board Member

Samantha Kanter is a Consumer Products and Licensing specialist with over 20 years of experience working with leading Consumer Packaged Goods companies including Procter and Gamble, Johnson and Johnson and General Mills.  Samantha worked at Nickelodeon for nearly a decade overseeing Food and Health and Beauty licensing partnerships, which drove $20MM in revenue for the company.  Samantha was instrumental in managing the relationships with several of the largest advertising drivers for Nickelodeon and in bringing products such as SpongeBob SquarePants Go-Gurt and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Band-Aids to life on shelves.  In addition to her extensive licensing experience, Samantha has a strong foundation in ad sales strategy and marketing research due to her time at the Hispanic network Univision, The NPD Group, and Campbell Soup.  Samantha holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan.

Dr. Jill Schwartz | Advisory Board Member

Dr. Jill Schwartz maintains a private practice in Summit, NJ where she specializes in General and Cosmetic Dentistry.  Jill is a member of the American Dental Association, the NJ Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.  Jill has been practicing Dentistry for 16 years.  She earned a B.A. in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude and she earned her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, with honors (OKU), where Jill was the recipient of numerous academic and clinical awards upon graduation. She completed her residency training in General Practice at Morristown Memorial Hospital.

Cliodhna Davis | VP of Customer Engagement and Operations

Cliodhna (Clio) Davis manages customer relationships, order fulfillment and back office operations.  In addition to her responsibilities with Dentagrafix, Clio currently works at Sacks Orthodontics in Livingston, NJ in marketing and business development.  Clio develops strategic partnerships with local businesses and community organizations and creates content focused on brand management, advertising, patient engagement and attracting new patients.   Including her time with Dentagrafix, Clio has 10 years of experience in customer relationship management and communications with a focus on customer satisfaction at Meier and Meier Home Medical, Marriott Library, and Best Home Fashion.  Clio earned a B.S. from the University of Utah with a dual major in Psychology and Nutrition.
